1. Chicken pie with vegetables and vegetables

Ingredients
For mass:
- 1 glass of oil;
- 1 glass of milk;
- 2 glasses of wheat flour ;
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) baking powder ;
- 1 spoon (dessert) of salt;
- 3 eggs.
For the filling:
- Vegetables (preferably fresh), such as potatoes, carrots, zucchini, green corn, chayote, pea (frozen) and olive cut into very small cubes;
- 1 kg of shredded chicken breast;
- 300 g of thick grated mozzarella cheese;
- Tomato Sauce of the Pomarola type;
- baked garlic;
- 1 chopped or grated onion;
- straw potato .
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Cook all the vegetables, with the exception of olives and peas, until they are very soft.
- Once cooked, still in the pan, add the olives, peas and salt to taste. Reserve.
- In the time that the vegetables cook, mix all the ingredients in the blender and beat for approximately 3 minutes or until a heterogeneous mixture is obtained. Reserve.
- In a pan containing oil or olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, the crushed garlic, add the shredded chicken and sauté a little more.
- Then add the tomato sauce, salt and herbs to taste, a little water to make it more humid and leave for 2 minutes over high heat to saute.
ASSEMBLY:
- In a glass bowl greased with butter, layer a little more than half of the dough, ⅓ of the shredded chicken, half of the cooked vegetables and, lastly, the grated cheese.
- Repeat the layers of chicken and add the straw potatoes, the vegetables and the last layer of shredded chicken.
- On top of everything, add the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 250º for 10 minutes.
- After about 20 minutes, turn off the oven and leave for another 5 minutes with the door closed.
2. Minced meat with vegetables
This dish is typical of Brazilian cuisine, in addition to being rich in vitamins and minerals that can be part of your daily life. Check out how it's made.
Ingredients:
- ½ kg of duckling or soft coxão cut into cubes.
- 3 medium potatoes cut into 4 pieces.
- 2 carrots cut into 6 pieces.
- 2 mandioquinhas cut into 4 pieces.
- 1 medium onion cut into rings.
- Garlic to taste.
- 1 spoon (coffee) of salt.
- Parsley and chives to taste.
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
- 1 spoon (soup) of butter .
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Place the onion, parsley, chives, meat, garlic, tomato paste and butter in a pressure cooker and cover with water.
- Let everything cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pressure, add the other ingredients, cover the pan and leave for another 15 minutes.
