Orders with perishable items are always processed on Mondays. For example, if your order was placed on a Thursday, the perishable items will only be processed on the following Monday. Orders without perishable items continue to be processed daily. Orders with dry items and perishable items may be shipped separately, arriving at different times.
We use FEDEX GROUND to process orders with perishable items to reduce transportation costs. For this, we use dry ice. Always handle dry ice with gloves.
For the states of AL and HW, orders are limited to non-perishable/frozen items and must fit into a USPS LARGE FLAT RATE BOX. If the order exceeds the box size, we will contact you to remove items, which can be placed in a separate order. Items with dimensions exceeding the box capacity (e.g., 2L soda bottles, large bag of rice, etc.) cannot be delivered.
