Processing of orders with perishable items always takes place on Mondays. Ex If your order was placed on a Thursday, the part with perishable items will only be processed on the next Monday. Orders without perishables continue to be processed daily. Orders with dry items and perishable items may ship in different shipments, arriving at different times.
We use FEDEX GROUND to process orders with perishable items in order to reduce shipping costs. For this, we use dry ice. Always handle dry ice with gloves.
For AL and HW states orders are limited to non-perishable/frozen items and must fit in a USPS LARGE FLATE RATE BOX. If the order exceeds the size of the box, we will contact you to have items removed, which may be placed in another separate order. Items with dimensions that exceed the capacity of the box (ex: 2L soft drink bottles, Big bag of rice, etc.), cannot be delivered.

You can return most new, unopened products within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged product, etc.).
You may return items that are brand new and in their original sealed packaging within 2 days of receipt for a full refund. We will also pay for the shipping costs if the reason for the return is our responsibility as a result of our mistake (incorrect or damaged product).
Your refund can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your product back, depending on credit card companies. Most of the time this process is much faster. If you haven't received your refund, please wait for the cycle to complete before contacting us.
