Return policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases on our website. After all, we seek to provide the best in Brazilian products. However, if for some reason something happens to your purchase, you have the option of returning it. Below, we explain in more detail how our return policy works.

If you received the product at home with some type of problem, take a photo of it and specify what happened, sending it to the email (orders@remembrstore.com) with your order number so we can identify it.

The response time is up to 48 hours.

Product legibility for return

As a courtesy, our customers have the option of returning any items that are damaged in some way within up to seven calendar days, counting from when it is delivered to your home. Below, check out some notes when returning:

• They need to be returned to their consumer properties;
• Contain the manufacturing label;
• A copy of the note with the order number.
