4 grandma's recipes easy to make at home

●2 cups (tea) of sugar ;
●1 spoon of baking powder ;

●½ pack of 100g of granulated chocolate ;
Ingredients for the topping:
●5 spoons (soup) of sugar;
●5 spoons (soup) of powdered chocolate ;
●1 spoon (soup) of margarine;
●3 spoons (soup) of milk;
●½ pack of 100g of granulated chocolate.
Dough preparation method:
- Place the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix.
- Add the eggs, oil and milk and stir more.
- Finally, add the granulated chocolate and stir once more.
- Bake in a greased and floured mold for approximately 25 minutes over medium heat (180°C).
How to prepare the topping:
- Mix the sugar, powdered chocolate, margarine and milk and bring all these ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Then wait another three minutes and turn it off.
- Spread the frosting on the cake and add the sprinkles on top.
2. Raincake

●1 liter of oil for frying.
Method of preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a creamy and homogeneous mass.
- Heat a pan with plenty of oil so that the dumplings float.
- When the oil is very hot (180°C), using a spoon, place small amounts of dough, and fry them until they are golden brown.
- Place the dumplings on absorbent paper and then roll them in cinnamon sugar.
3. Condensed milk pudding

●1 can of condensed milk ;
●1 can of milk (using the same measure as condensed milk);

- Add condensed milk and milk;

Ingredients for the sauce:
●2 spoons (soup) of olive oil ;
●1 chopped onion;
●2 crushed garlic cloves;
●300g of ground beef;
●salt to taste;
●300 ml of tomato sauce ;
●grated cheese for sprinkling;
●thyme, oregano , parsley and Black pepper ground white taste.
How to prepare the polenta:
- In a pan, sauté garlic and onion with butter.
- Add the water, bay leaf, meat broth, salt and nutmeg.
- Let it boil.
- After boiling, add the cornmeal dissolved in a little water, taking care not to clump. Shake well.
- Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and remove the bay leaf.
- Add the cream.
- Put everything in a refractory and spread the sauce (with the preparation detailed below).
- If you prefer, stick the polenta with the tip of a knife so the sauce penetrates.
- Sprinkle it with grated cheese.
- Take it to the fire to melt the cheese.
How to prepare the sauce:
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Fry the ground beef, then add the thyme, oregano, parsley and ground white pepper.
- Then add the sauce, tomato and salt.
- Cook for a few minutes, until the sauce comes to a consistency.
