Whole mushrooms of the genus Agaricus properly prepared and preserved in covering liquid. Composition: Champignon Mushrooms, Water, Salt, Conservatives Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate and Citric Acid and Sodium Metabisulphite antioxidants. GLUTEN-FREE. Conservation: Keep in a dry and ventilated place. After opening, store in a refrigerator (3°C to 8C) for a maximum of 5 days in its own brine. Storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place, away from moisture and sunlight.
